  1. Wouldn't obtaining a visa to attend a funeral and then got married within two weeks of arrival, be considered a visa fraud or at least a misrepresentation?

    What about the 90-day rule?

  2. I know a couple. He came with a tourist visa of 2 weeks, he met a US citizen while he was in club. They got married and she applied for the i-130 before his visa expires. Their case was accepted and today they living happily here in Cali. It can work. Stay in a positive mindset!

  3. Guyana. That's my country. She's absolutely correct. The Embassy rarely gives such a young person a visa in Guyana back then, now it's different 9 out of 10 will get a visa. Her case sounds legit to me but I'd love to hear about age gap.
