In this episode, a caller shares her Adjustment of Status (AOS) interview experience after entering the U.S. on a tourist visa and marrying a U.S. citizen.
But instead of focusing on the marriage, the officer zeroed in on:
A previous K-1 fiancé visa petition
Past visa denials
A complicated immigration timeline
Jim explains why this case is far from over and what could happen next.

On track to have a baby with a 3rd man.
“My husband doesn’t love me enough. I left him as that is what my definition of abuse is”
He said he wasn’t able to come home early. That’s the kind of things women these days are calling abuse
This is reality entertainment at its finest. Pass me the popcorn please.
Fake marriage.
She’s really desperate for a green card, that’s the way I see it, and she was seeing both of them at the same time
Jim has the patience of a saint and appears to give people the benefit of the doubt. HOWEVER, he knows the reality of the laws and of the case.
Abuse my ass this was planned all along
I tuned out after 30 seconds
I smell a opportunist.
Deport 😂
The thing that I find strange about this, Case is how she managed to find two Americans that wanted to marry her so soon🤔 if it had been one then maybe but two is a stretch.
That's one of the most entertaining shows ever.
She could have gone ahead with the process if she was TRULY abused, all she'd have to do is provide proof.
She's a flake! Two children with different men and the latest Simp marries her and now is paying for her kids. He made a big mistake. think she won't get the Visa.

Why did she reject the K1? She was soo ignorant
Genius attorney ❤
The irony here is that Stokes interview was because of Guyanese women marrying Americans.
Out of curiosity, any update with this case?
I smell a bad fish rotting on the shore line!!!
Jim you are very patient.
Fraudish 😮
How did she bring the two kids along?
She must be really pretty
Wouldn't obtaining a visa to attend a funeral and then got married within two weeks of arrival, be considered a visa fraud or at least a misrepresentation?
What about the 90-day rule?
Is the new husband a friend of the baby daddy?
I know a couple. He came with a tourist visa of 2 weeks, he met a US citizen while he was in club. They got married and she applied for the i-130 before his visa expires. Their case was accepted and today they living happily here in Cali. It can work. Stay in a positive mindset!
Guyana. That's my country. She's absolutely correct. The Embassy rarely gives such a young person a visa in Guyana back then, now it's different 9 out of 10 will get a visa. Her case sounds legit to me but I'd love to hear about age gap.
He was just a friend before we started dating while still married to another guy. It’s always a friend. Wake up guys,
Interesting story!
All over the place
