  1. Hello mam, my parents and I used to live in the states till 2016. we has a green card. My parents decided to move back to the states as my grand parents were aging. (home country is India) I was a minor ( 8 years old then). does this count as a reason beyond my control for SB1 visa, or is there any step I can take to retain permanent resudency because I dont want to go through this long process again
My parents did not sign I-407

  2. Hey can you please speak up about the real truth behind what us government did for F4 file we are very middle class family and they promised us for 12 years for file but it has been almost 20 years and my brother is out of the age so why gave lucrative immigration laws when you don’t want to work right

  3. Why did it take over a year for USCIS to figure out they dont have jurisdiction in our case? These assh#ls need to be fired.
I've been trying to get my wife legal residency for over 10 years. They have refused to talk to me or let me know that I could qualify for military parole in place.
We went before an immigration judge last year because she had a removal order . He also never mentioned parole in place despite knowing I have a military record. Didnt want to talk to me and ignored the obvious constitutional issues.
We agreed to settle her removal order but now that I applied for parole in place they are gaslighting that her removal order was settled, because now they are claiming lack of jurisdiction due to that removal order. These people are gaslighting liars with no integrity.
Violating my first amendment rights was not enough. There is nothing they will not resort to deny American citizens their God given rights.

American citizens are under no obligation to leave their country in order to practice their religion. Freedom of religion was enshrined in the constitution so citizen's wouldn't have to leave their country to practice their religion. These idiots lack basic understanding of American history and the constitution. Anyone with two brain cells should know that marriage is a sacrament.

And how it it that the government can officiate a marriage, then rule that they believe it's a bonafide marriage, but then criminalize it anyway? These hypocrites piss me off.

and then every immigration lawyer just acts like its just standard operation procedure and nothing wrong with it.

  4. I often see on US forms ; (Marital status=1. Single, Never Married" ) must both apply or one. Because If I have been widowed for 5yrs and had some dating after that, I am single or still widowed?

  5. My friend is looking for an immigration lawyer and she says it’s like pulling teeth just to find one. U would think it would be easy in a place that gets tons of immigrants but no. She also said just to ask a question u have to pay for consultation which can cost around $300. Ridiculous.

  6. I have a question, my older sister was brought into the states illegally when she was 5 years old and willingly left back to Mexico at the age of 30 due to her partner being deported. It’s been nearly 10 years since she went back to Mexico and I’m trying to get her back so my parents can see her again they are aging and already 65 years old.Can anyone give me some advice on where to start I would highly appreciate it and I am praying someone can direct me the right way 🙏🏽

  7. If a person applied for a tourist or study visa to America and one of his brothers exceeded the period allowed for his stay in America, does he affect the application in acceptance or rejection because of his brother residing in America ?

  8. Hello do you handle cases in New Jersey ? I was deported in 2000 for 3rd degree burglaries and I was a permanent resident , both my parents are us citizens any way I can come back home ? Also do you take cases like mine ? My lawyer isn’t really responding to my family.

  9. They did the same thing to us , than they send Denial because my wife's birth certificate not to USCIS standard, I have to open the case I-290 B

and they charged 2 times $675 + $675, they will come up with some kind of non-sense to prolong thats called Job security, I have contaced President Biden and he has forwarded my problem to Immigration and i got the reply right away from Immigration Honcho girl before I wrote many letters and they never replied., yesterday I have written letters to all Honcho Guys and gals from USCIS, my last resort is to Sue USCIS and the Kansas City processing center, I know it's a long shot but it will give me self satisfaction, I am an American citizen and they have been screwing around for more than 26 months, in my letters I reminded them that they are public servants working for us and their salaries is paid for from our taxes.

This is my letters to all USCIS personal

    Dear Sir/Madam,

It has been more than 26 months since we filed for Immigration, we wrote many letters without any response from USCIS, we are not asking for a favor or legal advice , all we want as an American Citizen and a tax payer that USCIS process in timely manner and reply to our mail, we don't know what USCIS is doing except when we check we get this message " On December 18, 2023, we received your Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion, Receipt Number IOE0923610283, and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to http://www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." Plrease let us know how long it will be before it's processed.

The notice does not desribes nothing, please see the attached Notice from USCIS

The receipt does not say anything, we have written so many letters but no reply

I supported DOD projects for 10 yearsfor Texas Instruments (F-16 project) if the Govt request info, I have to reply within 48 hours or I will be on unemployment line, worked at Wright Pattersom Airforce base,I served my country.

Totally disappointed with USCIS service, it's one thing or the other, now they denied the Immigration because my wife's Birth certificte was not translated according to USCIS standards.

I have filed form I-290B to open the case and send them my wife;'s birth cerificate Translation by a professional, now wait, wait and more wait

USCIS took 1 year to process our form I-130, same day we send the form I-485 and it has been more than 14 months WIP (Work in Progress)

The notice does not describe how you are going to process the form

We have spend more $5000 in USCIS fees

    Form I-130 …………………………………………………………………………..$575

    3 times visa extension……………………………………………..$500 X 3 = $1500

    Form I- 485…………………………. ……………………………………………….$1245

    Form I-290 B…for some reason USCIS charged twice……. $675 X 2 = $1350

    Misc Expenses……………………………………………………………………… $500

    Medical Certificate for USCIS…………………………………………………….$300

    Shots for Medical…………………………………………………………………….$100

According to USCIS website finger prints are good for 15 months, we have paid $85 four times with less tha 12 month period.

We filed I-131 (Travel) almost 9 months ago and still waiting for approval

    Thank You

    Best Regards,

    Asif Khan

  10. Please, can i ask a question?
Is it possible for someone to take out a loan in my name in the USA? Since I'm Brazilian, I didn't have a visa in 2008, much less a social security number. I had never entered the United States.
